No dental insurance? No problem. We believe quality dental care should be accessible to everyone in Madison. Our in-house membership plan is designed to provide you with comprehensive, high-tech care at a predictable, transparent price.

Restrictions and Additional Details

These plans are for patients with no dental insurance. If dental insurance is purchased at any time, this membership plan is automatically terminated. All further treatment will be billed to insurance. There are no refunds for membership plans. Third party payments (Cherry, CareCredit, etc.) are not allowed in conjunction with the membership plan.

Standard Plan: The first plan payment of $400 includes the first exam, cleaning, x-rays, and fluoride. Payment is due the day of the first exam and cleaning.

Periodontal Plan: The first plan payment of $700 does not include the initial deep cleaning. The 15% discount will be applied toward the cleaning. Payment for the membership plan and cleaning is due the day the cleaning is performed.
