Our Dental Membership Plans
We offer both a Standard Plan and a Periodontal Plan.
Here’s what you need to know about each:
Standard Plan — The cost of a single membership is $500, and after that, it’s $400 for each additional family member. To renew your membership from year to year, the cost is $400 per person.
This standard plan includes two cleanings, including x-rays and exams, as well as two fluoride treatments, two emergency exams, an oral cancer screening, an intraoral camera exam, a free Invisalign® consultation, and 15% off most dental treatments.
Periodontal Plan — The cost of a single membership is $700, and then it’s $600 to renew it each year.
This plan includes four periodontal maintenance cleanings, including x-rays and exams, as well as two fluoride treatments, two emergency exams, an oral cancer screening, an intraoral camera exam, a free Invisalign consultation, and 15% off most dental treatments.
