This patient presented with a severely compromised and broken dental bridge, which caused significant issues with his bite and overall oral health. We performed a comprehensive restorative treatment to replace the failing bridge and stabilize the surrounding teeth. This patient was missing a front tooth, which created a noticeable gap in their smile. To preserve the integrity of the neighboring healthy teeth, we chose a Maryland Bridge. This conservative approach uses a high-strength framework bonded discreetly to the back of the adjacent teeth. The result is a seamless, functional restoration that perfectly matches the natural shade and shape of their existing smile.

Following the successful placement of a dental implant by a specialist, our office performed the restorative phase of treatment.
